Does Vault Hunter Relic Work For Legendaries? [Solved]
The Vault Hunter’s Relic does increase the chance of a world drop legendary, but by such a tiny amount it’s insignificant. The Relic decreases the chance of white items dropping. This means that when an enemy would drop a common (white) item, it has a chance to actually be an uncommon (green) item.
